It is known that colloid material containing Nano particles that have magnetic properties has higher thermal conductivity than any other material. Nano-fluid is based on the principle that when a small amount of Nano particles are injected into regular fluid, such as water or oil, the fluid comes to have much higher thermal conductivity. Theories on Nano-fluid have been proven by researching every year and the application of Nano-fluid technology is increasing. In addition to cooling devices for electronic part, Nano-fluid is used widely for high efficiency heat exchange devices, such as heat exchange system, refrigerators and automobile engines.
